      Members will not have voting rights. Real estate agents and/or brokers

 will not be accepted as members. It is the goal of the National Home Buyers

 Association to provide membership without the payment of a membership fee.

 To provide this no cost service it will be necessary for each member to submit

 accurate information. All data will be kept private (never sold or forwarded

 to any vendors.) It will be assumed that when you request the service of finding

 you an exclusive buyer agent or an accredited buyer agent, you will be authorizing

 us to forward specfic information to the referred agent. Along with the filing of

 your application NHBA ask that you commit to the following.

• Help promote NHBA by telling others about the National Home Buyers Association.

• Let NHBA if you have friends, relatives or work associates that are planning on purchasing a resale home or having one built.
